Exceptional
Fabulous! Super clean, comfortable, large town homes felt like home. Comfy beds, daily house keeping, very quiet. Close to all attractions. Had water, juice, milk in our fridge for the morning, along with coffee pods replaced. Excellent place to stay. We stayed for a week and it went by way too fast. Restaurants have good food and happy hour, used the pool and spa, very clean. Definitely would come back in a heartbeat.

Very nice if you don’t consider SPA
Very clean and peaceful
Booking in advance entrance to SPA and fitness is not nice at all , we were with kids and it’s difficult to explain that we can’t go to the pool , not availability of slots to enter was not pleasant surprise too and on top only allowing to pre book a day in advance… so good luck if as us you book only because of the pool ….aa and you need a car to go to the SPA ( 1 km) with wet kids is not easy in spring…

The development and structure
Need to have to book the indoor swimming even though SPA added to the package Charged €50 for the Garden access gate key that has never been used. The main key was returned though. What happens if the cleaners find within the house itself

Good location nice house well cleaned - very good price quality
The place was great but unfortunately the reception team was not very customer focused - we called from within the resort saying we couldn’t see additional signs for reception and their response was to use Waze - when we checked out we gave feedback that it was hard to find the reception and it would be helpful in the notes to explain more and the response was ‘it was in the notes’ and I said it wasn’t and they said ‘it was’ I just ended up saying ok well I’m the customer but sure - meanwhile when we arrived we saw another car in front of us get just as lost driving around so we know it’s an issue The booking automated messages were also not working well as we received a message saying they hoped we were enjoying our stay and talking about checking out and we had not even arrived to check in! - we wrote a message back to let them know the messaging was off but didn’t get any reply so I would say the reception team was not very engage with providing a great client experience unfortunately
